  • Exchanges for Defective Items: In the rare case that an item arrives defective, customers have up to 14 days from receipt to contact us at houseofclarteenquiries@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. Please note that after this period, exchanges or replacements are no longer valid.
  • 12-Month Warranty: All of our jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty. Should your piece become damaged or broken within this time, we are pleased to offer a complimentary repair service through our workshop.
